2020 T20 Bowling Review

1. MD Shoyaib – Tallinn Rising Stars

An incredibly consistent season demonstrated by only failing to taking a wicket in 3 games out of 14. Was instrumental in Tallinn Rising Stars successful push for a semi final spot including a hat-trick against Tallinn Hippos. Finished with 3 wickets or more 3 times.

2. Ali Masood – Tallinn Stallions

Another consistent performer who also only failed to take a wicket 3 times this year. Bowled with a consistent line and length all season. Ali was instrumental in Tallinn Stallions final victory.

3. Partha Kar – Tallinn Rising Stars

Not as consistent as the top 2, but when he was on he was deadly. His best figures of 4/21 included 4 of the top 6 from United and led Rising Stars to a big win. Tidy opening bowler, showed great form late in the season when Rising Stars needed it most.

4. Bilal Masud – Tallinn Stallions

A tricky medium pace bowler. Had a great season with the ball and combined well with Ali Masood to drive the Stallions bowling attack. Never took more than 2 wickets in a match, but took 2 wickets 6 times in 11 matches at a strike rate of 1 wicket every 2 overs.

5. Shebin Al Din – Tallinn Rising Stars

Always a difficult bowler to face. Good variations and helped overturn a poor start to the season during the Rising Stars late finals run. Finished the season very strongly with 10 of his 15 wickets coming in the last 6 games.
