No Objection Certificate
Any player registered in Estonia, wishing to participate in a tournament, cup or league of any kind that is not operated by the ECA, may only do so once a No Objection Certificate has been issued by the ECA.
NOC’s can only be issued for competitions that are sanctioned by the ICC.
