The target audience for this Level 1 course are umpires who are officiating at local league level who wish to know more about how they can manage the game in a professional manner.

How to Enrol
1) Register here – https://www.edapp.com/icc/ making sure to put Estonia as your country of residence
2) You will then be sent an email with your login details
3) Download Edapp from the google or apple store, click sign in
4) Enter the details as per the email
5) Change the password and then click register my account
6) Start Learning
